• Basic Professional Services Of Funeral Director And Staff $999.00

• TRADITIONAL SERVICE PACKAGE - $2,699.00
  This service includes: the services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff, and professional staff for coordinating and directing the service, obtaining legal documents, and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangement, removal of the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary, within the Tri-County area, embalming and/or refrigeration or sanitary care of the remains, other preparations of the remains, dressing, casketing, use of and/or refrigeration or sanitary care of the remains, other preparations of the remains, dressing, casketing, use of the facilities for the service or set up at another facility. Two hour same day service.

This service does not include: merchandise selected such as casket, memorial register, folders, acknowledgement cards, automotive equipment such as limousine or Clergy honorarium, or other facilities charges.

• GRAVESIDE SERVICE PACKAGE - $1,799.00
  This service includes: the services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff, and professional staff for coordinating and directing the graveside service, obtaining legal documents, and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangement, removal of the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary, within the Tri-County area, embalming and/or refrigeration or sanitary care of the remains, other preparations of the remains, dressing and casketing.

This service does not include: merchandise selected such as casket, memorial register, folders, acknowledgement cards, automotive equipment such as limousine or Clergy honorarium.

• I D SERVICE PACKAGE (without a service or ceremony)
  This service includes: the basic services of the funeral director and administrative staff, the use of the facility for a 1/2 hour period proportionate share of overhead cost, obtaining and filing legal documents, removal of the deceasedfrom the place of death to the crematorywithin the Tri-County area, sanitary care of the remains, refrigeration, and the cremation process and alternative container.

• DIRECT CREMATION (without a service or ceremony)
  

SPECIAL DIRECT CREMATION PACKAGE $ 899.00

This service includes the basic services of the Funeral Director and Staff, a proportionate share of the overhead cost, obtaining and filing of local legal documents, removal of the deceased from the place of death to the crematory within 15 mile area, refrigeration, and the cremation process and alternative container and arranging of military honors.

This service includes (1) Death Certificate. Medical Examiner's fee is not included in this package, fees vary by county.

  This service includes: the services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff, and professional staff for coordinating and directing the service, obtaining legal documents, and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangement, removal of the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary, within the Tri-County area, embalming and/or refrigeration or sanitary care of the remains, other preparation of the remains, dressing casketing, use of the facilities for the service or set up at another facility, two hour same day service , the cremation process, alternative container, and rental casket.

This service does not include: merchandise selected such as a casket, memorial register, folders, acknowledgement cards, automotive equipment such as limousines, or Clergy honorarium, examiner's approval fee or other facilities charges

• IMMEDIATE BURIAL

Our charge for an immediate burial (without ceremony) includes: basic services of the funeral director and staff, a proportionate share of overhead cost, removal of the remains, and the local transportation to cemetery.

If you want to arrange a direct burial, you may use an alternative container. The purchaser may elect to provide the alternative container, however it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that all state and local requirements, as well as those of the cemetery have been met with regard to construction and size. The alternative container can be constructed of heavy cardboard or composition materials (with our without covering), or pouches made of canvas.

This service does not include: viewing or the use of the facilities for viewing, funeral service, merchandise such as a casket, register book or Clergy honorarium. Nor does this include any cost from the cemetery or Hearse.

• RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME

This service includes: the basic services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff, a proportionate share

of overhead cost, and transportation from airport to local cemetery or crematory.

This service does not include: embalming, visitation, funeral ceremony, cemetery or crematory costs or fees.

RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME $1,195.00
This service is available ONLY Mon. - Fri. 9:30 am-3:30 pm

• FORWARDING REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME

This service includes: the basic services of the staff and administrative staff and the use of basic facilities, a proportionate share of overhead cost, obtaining legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the transfer to a funeral home within the United States, removing the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary, within the Tri-County area, embalming or refrigeration and/or sanitary care of the remains, transportation to common carrier.

This service does not include: other preparation of the remains, dressing, casketing, cosmetizing and hair care, casket or alternative container, required shipping container, visitation, funeral service, service merchandise, automotive equipment, except as stated above, cash advances, air fare, other funeral director or funeral home charges, taxes, or any other additional services.
