Lizbeth E. Frenier Owner / Licensed Funeral Director / Embalmer

Liz is the owner of Falowski Kalis Mcintee Funeral & Cremation Services and is a Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer in Florida. Liz has a B.S. in Business Administration from CSUB and after re-locating to Ft Lauderdale from California, she graduated from St Petersburg College Funeral Services program. Liz has a love for the ocean and loves to Scuba Dive, the outdoors, traveling and cooking. Liz dedicates herself to serve families, and offer exceptional service.

Barbara Falowski Founder

Barbara is the founder of Falowski Kalis Mcintee Funeral & Cremation Services, and is a Licensed Funeral Director in Florida. She is a graduate of the W. L Philbrick School of Funeral Science at Miami Dade College, and has served as treasurer of Pi Sigma Eta, the Honor Society of Morticians. She is a member of Independent Funeral Directors of Florida.. Barbara moved to South Florida in 1962 and has been married to Steve Falowski, a local businessman, since 1977. They have two sons. Jason and Patrick. She was a member of the Central District Advisory Board for Broward County Schools , and was active in the PTA. She was a member of the Ft Lauderdale Cemetery Board, and the Croissant Park Civic Association Barbara has been active in the Federal Little League, children’s soccer, football and scouts.

Barbara enjoys gardening, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family.

Barbara’s passion has always been caring for others, especially when they have suffered the loss of a loved one.

Allen Powell Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer

Allen has been a Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer for 34 years and a former owner of funeral homes in Virginia. Allen has a B.A, in English from Asbury University, a M.Div in Theology from Wesley Theological Seminary, a Th.M in Psychology a D.Min in Formal Counseling from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and an A.S. in Funeral Service from John Tyler Community College. For the last 16 years he was Program Director and Professor of Funeral Service Education at Miami Dade College.

Allen has dedicated himself to serving others, and it is his personal mission that every family receives the highest level of quality service available.

Allen enjoys traveling and spending time with friends, gourmet cooking, fine dining and loves the beach.

Bernard “Bernie” L. McIntee, III Funeral Director

Bernie, a third generation funeral director, moved to Florida from Rochester, New York. He started several trade and funeral service companies during the 1980's and 1990's. In 2004 Bernie and his wife Marcia, purchased Kalis Funeral Home. Falowski Kalis Mcintee Funeral & Cremation Services is excited to have merged with Kalis McIntee Funeral Home and have Bernie on board.

Taylor Holley Funeral Director Assistant

Taylor is currently enrolled in Funeral Service Sciences and the Funeral Service Arts Program at Miami Dade College.  She has her CCC as a Business Specialist and embalming apprentice license. Taylor is currently working on becoming a licensed funeral director and embalmer. She was born and raised in South Florida. Taylor loves spending time with her fur babies Dutchess, Buddy, Crowley, and Snips, and enjoys hanging out at the beach.

Robert Rose Funeral Home Manager

Bob relocated to Fort Lauderdale, FL from Rochester, NY in 2005. His background includes 20 years of medical experience. The last 4 years prior to joining our team in 2013, Bob was doing private duty as a live in caregiver. His genuine and caring nature is a wonderful quality in helping families through their grieving process.

Starting with us as “Helping Hands”, he assisted in all of the daily operations of the funeral home. Bob has grown within our team and we are pleased to have Bob as our Funeral Home Manager since 2018.
